As part of the fairer communities for all Perth and Kinross Council we need your support for Rattray Primary Parent Council, we have put a proposal together to support Rattray Families, as many families are currently facing rising costs, limited transport, and financial barriers that make school trips and extracurricular clubs feel out of reach. We believe every child deserves the chance to explore, learn, and grow—regardless of their background. 
 With your vote, we can hopefully: 
  • Fund inclusive school excursions—so no child misses out due to cost 
  • Offer clubs and classes at school—removing transport and financial barriers
  • Reduce stigma—ensuring all children feel welcome, supported, and equal 
For some of our pupils, a school trip may be their only outing beyond Blairgowrie. Let’s open up the world—one vote, one child, one opportunity at a time.
